Paddy rang his boss this morning and said,
“I’m not coming into work today.”
“Why not?” asked his boss.
Paddy answered,
“My wife is throwing up in bed, and she hasn’t ironed my uniform.”
“That’s no excuse,” the boss shouted.
“I know,” said Paddy, “But try telling her that.”
