Hollywood star Chris Pratt has broken his silence after fans called for him to be fired following his comments about Charlie Kirk.
The 46-year-old actor has spoken out after comments he made in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s death last Wednesday (September 10).
The MAGA activist was fatally shot in the neck while hosting an event on a university campus in Utah.
Footage of the brutal attack has circulated on X, formerly Twitter, depicting the moment a loud bang was heard.
He was violently struck in the neck before collapsing in his chair, and blood was seen pouring from the wound.

The FBI revealed the identity of the alleged assassin on Friday (September 12) as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson.
The suspect is a Utah resident, and was aware that the MAGA activist was coming to his state long before the shooting unfolded.
He is set to appear in court later today (September 16) via a video link from his prison cell, where he is expected to be formally charged with Kirk’s murder.
Amid the turmoil that unfolded after his death, Marvel star Pratt has come under fire after speaking out following the fatal shooting.
Upon finding out about Kirk’s murder, Pratt posted a statement on X which read: “Praying for Charlie Kirk right now, for his wife and young children, for our country.
“We need God’s grace. God help us.”
But given some of the controversial opinions surrounding the right-wing activist, many fans have called for Pratt to be ‘fired.’
One person wrote: “Praying for you to get f***ing fired from Marvel.”

As another added: “Oh now you wanna say something like there hasn’t been anything worse happening in the world rn.”
But since the initial post, the star has broken his silence by posting a clip on his Instagram.
Addressing his followers, Pratt said: “Hey guys, just stop real quick and pray with me.
“Okay, now you can continue scrolling, or you can turn your phone off and go outside. Might I suggest the latter?
“Go get some sunshine, go look at a tree, touch some grass, call a friend.”
He continued: “If you’ve got time to be on your phone right now, you’ve got time to do your to-do list and you’ve got time to reach out to somebody in need and share this prayer with them. Amen.”
One user replied: “Bro just lost all his deals with Hollywood.”
As another said: “Absolutely useless video.”
But others disagreed with the hate, as one viewer noted: “After everything that happened last week, the internet needed this.”
Another said: “Didn’t expect this from Chris Pratt, and I’m grateful God has touched your heart.
“That was an unexpected blessing, thank you.”
