Sen. Adam Schiff, who pushed the well-debunked conspiracy theory that President Donald Trump “colluded” with Russian President Vladimir Putin to “steal” the 2016 election, could become a target of the FBI for his alleged role in perpetuating that hoax.
Newly appointed FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino mentioned the California Democrat by name during one of Bongino’s final podcasts before President Donald Trump announced last weekend that he had chosen the former Secret Service agent and NYPD officer for the post.
“Why is Adam Schiff so worried? I strongly encourage you to go back and take another look today at the Russia collusion hoax,” Bongino began during the segment.
After remarking that he knows the story is now several years old, Bongino added: “I’m gonna be straight with you. I don’t wanna move on.”
“We had the FBI in conjunction with the Department of Justice, officials in Congress, foreign governments and intel people fabricate a story, invent a story that could have caused and done serious long-term harm to international relations with a nuclear-powered foe. It’s kind of a big freakin’ deal,” Bongino continued.
Schiff Is Neck-Deep In It!
Based upon new Deputy Director of the FBI Dan Bongino’s last podcast, Lyin’ Little Sen. Adam Schiff MAY just be completely screwed:

“Listen to me — this is gonna be very important in the coming days,” he went on, seemingly dropping a hint that he was about to be appointed to the FBI. “I’m not letting this go. I wanna find out what happened because it can never happen again. Not to a Democrat. Not a Republican. Not to a Libertarian. Not to any United States citizen,” Bongino said.
“You do not get to alter or try to change the course of electoral politics by fabricating a story hijacking the justice system then to give the patina of truth to a fake story,” he added.
“You don’t get to do that. Why do I bring that up now? Because who was the ringmaster of that circus? Yes, Adam Schiff, and no, I’m not letting it go,” he added.
Bongino told his listeners in an emotional message on Monday morning that he would no longer be commenting on politics, adding that he was “focused on getting to work” at the bureau.
“It’s not going to be the last show, but we’ve only got a few more left with you,” Bongino told viewers. “So, obviously, we’re going to be working with a team of people to make this transition from me, political commentator Dan, to Deputy Director of the FBI Dan.”
“Those are different roles that require different skills. Skills I have and have used before and I plan to use again. It’s going to hurt to leave you,” he explained.
Bongino told his fans that his leaving wouldn’t change the content that his wife and daughters make, since they have been very involved in managing his brand.
“I’ll discuss over the course of the coming days, I’ll be with you for a little bit longer on radio and on my show, I will discuss exactly what’s going to happen. My wife has been running the business for a long time. I don’t get involved with the business at all. I do the talking,” Bongino added.
“The FBI belongs to the American people. It doesn’t belong to me. It doesn’t belong to anyone else but the American people. But this is the honor of a lifetime, and it’s a serious mission. And I plan on implementing that vision,” Bongino added.
